Q. DO YOU FIX THE BROKEN APPLIANCE ON YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT?

A. In most cases. We stock our service vans with over 90% of the common manufacturer replacement parts and all of the important tools to perform our appliance repair service. If we do need to return at a later date to finish a repair, there will not be an add-on service cost. We estimate that we can finish over 85% of appliance repair appointments on the initial visit.

Q. WHAT IS THE TIMEFRAME FOR AN APPOINTMENT?

A. Yes. We will provide a 2-3 hour timeframe for our technician to arrive at your home. We are aware of how important our customer’s time is so we do our best to ensure we arrive during the earlier portion of the scheduled service window. But, if a previous appointment or repair lasts a lot longer than expected, this timeframe allows the technician time to arrive on schedule during the service window. We call 15-20 minutes before their arrival for notice.
